I'm a fifth of the way into making a Vial of Master's Blood and about done with the Nadir so I'll have the Brass Embassy upgrade item, I just know that come Christmas time the 4 card locations can be upgraded "cheaper", the wiki is kinda odd to navigate regarding the mechanics of doing those upgrades but am I going to need to gather any weird stuff in these coming months to make that happen? Also is it feasible to upgrade all 3 during a single season or should I upgrade one of my residences to a 5 card before hand? So I spent a bunch of time grinding out Bazaar Permits and bought myself a lease at the Bazaar, I ran through the fidgeting writer a few times to full completion and bought up the Royal Bethlehem room, and all I need is a small pile of muscaria brandy to get the Brass Embassy house. Probably try the Failbetter forums, I bet they've got some weird crazy-detailed system of who challenges what plant in what order set up. What sort of level should your plant be before you actually have any chance of winning a tournament with it, and where do you find people to challenge? Tripwood fucked around with this message at 17:55 on Nov 9, 2015 The cost of souls in the Iron Republic was five portfolios back then, it got lowered eventually, it was crazy expensive back then. "Cuno can see you're trying to shit him, but Cuno's unshittable, so fuck does Cuno care?"Įxact thing happened to me. Thoughtless fucked around with this message at 17:25 on Nov 9, 2015 How are you even supposed to know where the key is without a wiki (before you actually need it and don't have it)? So yeah, I'm dumb and wasted a lot of actions. Sailed to Iron Republic, used the key, realized I needed two portfolios of souls. I sailed to the Iron Republic to proceed with Nemesis. You're almost inevitably going to hit a point where February is going to beat you to the Cave as it's near impossible to hit 60 progress before she reaches just 10 this means that you're going to need to confront her to avoid outright losing the expedition and you need to pass a pretty high watchful check to continue, it was I think 50/50 at about 100 watchful so I wouldn't suggest going near it with much lower (bring a pile of sudden insights just to be safe). How much Watchfulness is recommended for the expedition to the cave of the Nadir? I think they sold it back for echoes to make the new multigoat though.Ī handful of people got them as one of the high tier backer rewards on the Sunless Sea Kickstarter. Somebody was handing out sips of cider on tumblr a while ago (NiteBrite maybe?) so there's definitely cider out there. It's also worth pointing out the cider is a multi-year grind and as far as I know no one has ever actually purchased it. Nothing new is unlocked outside of the added watchful and BDR on the Übergoat, caprine authority does nothing beyond the first point. Trying to decide whether to Ubergoat or go for a Cider Since I usually use hand slots to hold undesired cards so that I am more likely to pull ones I want, I can't help but feel dropping an entire sub section of not-particularly-desirable cards is more useful.Does getting a second Overgoat and then Ubergoating unlock anything besides whatever turns your 2x Overgoat into an Ubergoat, or is it just more stats? Speaking of stuff to achieve, though, I can almost manage to access two of the 4 card in hand lodgings, but I'm uncertain that they're actually more beneficial than 3 cards + Remote Address. Well I almost have an Ubergoat? So that's something. I, myself, am in the awkward position of having like 21 Fate/Nex all told, but the only thing that I particularly would be interested in spending it on is. So I don't know that it's the most INTERESTING of the fate locked stories, but of the ones I've done it's one of the more directly useful. Wines which gives a, like 75% chance to gain a wound, and a 25% chance to gain 10-14 actions or something like that. As far as I know, all of these options create an opportunity card that will come up on occasion, with like a 25% chance to do something useful. When it comes to helping your Aunt, I will say it's a relatively short (from what I can recall) albeit none too expensive storyline (Er, you end up shipping her a bunch of stuff, so it costs you items to complete) and when all is said and done you can choose one of a number of people to ship your Aunt off to work for (for.
